Su Shiung Lam has been invited as one of plenary speakers

Prof. Su Shiung Lam, as the associate editor of Frontiers in Energy Research, and associate editor of Journal of Sustainability Science & Management, will serve as one of plenary speakers.

He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University, and is currently a tenured Professor at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu.  He has collaboration with scientists in universities like Cambridge, Shanghai Jiao Tong, University of Seoul Korea, and Education University of Hong Kong, plus partnerships and investments from the industry like Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad and Pollution Engineering. He is one of the pioneers researching on microwave pyrolysis technique, working on the development, optimization, and application of this technology in many aspects. He ranks among the top in the field of microwave pyrolysis for the past 10 years with respect to the number of SCI-indexed publication, currently ranked No. 4 in the world in microwave pyrolysis and No. 1 in Malaysia for pyrolysis and microwave pyrolysis. He has published 83 papers ( 1 ESI Hot paper, 3 ESI Highly Cited paper) and feceived a H-index of 23 and 1501 citations recorded in Scopus. He also file patent and commercialize inventions from his research team.
